Social housing providers must ‘put out’ fire risk
The risk of fire is well recognised across the housing sector. Registered providers, owners, landlords and agents are required by The Housing Act to maintain appropriate levels of fire safety and to carry out fire risk assessments on their properties.
Effective planning and prevention is paramount in helping minimise the risks of fire, reduce costs and improve claims defensibility.
